Second floor
Dungeon
The dungeon breathes a raw, intense atmosphere where strength and aesthetics come together. The room is equipped with a cage, bondage table, St. Andrew's cross, an ishidaki and a spanking bench. Masks, cuffs, wrap, CBT accessories, whips, paddles and canes have been carefully selected and are available, as are dildos, butt plugs, vibrators and various kinds of rope. The look is tough and earthy, with clay colours, a stone wall and a black stone floor that give the room a solid and timeless character. For comfort during shoots there is a minibar with non-alcoholic drinks and a washbasin with hot and cold water.
Open space
The open space feels spacious, classic and atmospheric, with a clear emphasis on elegance. Black forms the basis, refined with warm gold tones that create a luxurious look. In this space you will find chains, a leather sling, whips, restraint options, cuffs, ropes, masks, paddles and canes, as well as a suspended pillory. Dildos and vibrators are available here too. The black stone floor brings calm and unity to the image. Everything is stylishly integrated and focused on imagination and storytelling.
Medical room
The medical room is sleek and clinically furnished, forming a sharp contrast with the warmer, rawer spaces. White walls, a white gynaecological chair, a trolley and a white stool on wheels create a sterile and professional look. The room has a washbasin and is equipped with various electro play materials, sounds, medical supplies, cupping, vacuum pumps, needles, sutures/staples, wax supplies and doctor's coats. This setting is particularly suited to medically inspired content in which precision, control and aesthetics take centre stage.
Hygiene and availability
A strict hygiene protocol applies to all spaces and all materials present. This protocol can be viewed on request. The dungeon, open space and medical room are available and are rented out only as a whole; renting them separately is not possible.
Spaces in development
Ground floor
Additional spaces will become available in due course. The ground floor will have a large open space with two bamboo poles for bondage, finished in a raw style with white walls, stone accents and lots of wood. If desired, this space can be extended with chains and a pillory. It is also very well suited to themed shoots, including ageplay (to be indicated in advance), with a playpen, cuddly toys, play mat, picture books and matching supplies.
First floor
A landing with a wrap bondage frame and an old school setting with a school desk, blackboard and pointer. These spaces are also being designed with an eye for atmosphere, imagery and high-quality content creation, and can be used in combination with renting one of the other two floors.
The ground floor can be rented separately from the second floor.
