Kinky Contentstudio handles your data with care. Discretion is at the heart of our work, online too. On this page you can read which data we process, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Kinky Contentstudio is a studio for creating kinky content in Flevoland, the Netherlands. Kinky Contentstudio is a trade name of Insert Internetuitgeverij. Insert Internetuitgeverij is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. Insert Internetuitgeverij is a sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 27190568. VAT number NL001713667B70. What data we process
Contact form. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, (if you enter them) your phone number and preferred date, and your message. We only use this data to answer your question and, if you make a booking, to make the arrangements with you. The message is emailed to us and kept as a backup on our own server, where it is automatically deleted after 180 days. Messages stopped by our spam filter are deleted after 30 days.
Email. If you email us directly, we keep your email for as long as needed for the contact or the booking.
Booking. For a booking we record the arrangements in a contract. Data we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) is kept for as long as the law requires.
Visitor statistics. We count how often pages are viewed, without cookies and without storing your IP address. We only see totals per day and per page; we cannot recognise or follow anyone.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no services from Google, Facebook or other parties that follow you. When you confirm that you are 18 or older, your browser remembers this (local storage), so we don't ask again on every page. That information stays on your own device.
Who we share data with
We never sell or rent out your data. The site runs on our own server in Germany (Strato). Email is sent through our mail service. We have agreements with these parties about data security. We share nothing else, unless the law requires us to.
Security
The connection to the site is always encrypted (https). The form is protected against spam without external services. Only we have access to the messages, through a secure login with a second step.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, send an email to info@kinky-contentstudio.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change this privacy policy, the new version will be on this page, with the date at the top.
