How we work

Quality and care are at the heart of what we do. We do not offer a play space, but a professionally equipped content studio where makers can work undisturbed and safely on high-quality kinky content.

A booking always starts with contact, without obligation. By email you can tell us who you are, what you create and which space you would like to use. This is not an intake on content, but an alignment on purpose, planning and practical feasibility. This way we make sure the studio suits your project, and the other way around.

Once the date and time slot have been agreed, you will receive a confirmation with the arrangements and the payment terms. We work by reservation only. Payment is required to make the booking final. The reservation is only confirmed once it has been received. The full amount is paid in advance, before the agreed day.

Extra requests

If you have specific wishes or need extra materials for your shoot or recording, we discuss this in advance. Extra materials or adjustments are not included in the fixed rates and are arranged in good time, so everything is ready when you arrive. This prevents loss of time and lets you focus fully on the creative process.

On the agreed day you will be welcomed and shown to the space. The studio is fully equipped, clean and ready for use straight away. Someone with first aid training is always present; it is not possible to rent the studio without a host. This contributes to safety and a professional setting.
