Rental terms and cancellation policy

This page sets out the main arrangements for renting Kinky Contentstudio. The full arrangements are laid down per booking in a contract, which you sign in advance. If the contract says something different from this page, the contract applies.
Who rents out the studio
Kinky Contentstudio is a trade name of Insert Internetuitgeverij, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 27190568. Contact: info@kinky-contentstudio.nl.
What you rent the studio for
The studio is rented out exclusively for making content: photo, video, artistic, educational or commercial productions.
Kinky Contentstudio is not an SM studio, not a meeting place and not a location for private sessions or appointments.
Everyone present is demonstrably 18 or older and can show ID.
Everyone who appears on camera does so voluntarily and with consent. The renter is responsible for the arrangements with their own models and crew.
Booking and payment
A booking starts with contact, without obligation. Once the date and time slot have been agreed, you receive a confirmation and the contract.
You pay the full amount in advance. The booking is final as soon as the payment has been received.
Additional products and extra requests are ordered in advance and invoiced in advance.
All prices include 21% VAT.
You receive the exact address of the studio after payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your time slot. You will then get back the amount you paid, minus 10% booking costs.
If you cancel later, or do not show up, the amount is not refunded.

If we have to cancel a booking, for example due to illness or force majeure, you choose: a new date or a full refund.
Time slot and overtime
You rent the studio for the agreed time slot (see rates).
We are always present ourselves during your time slot. If you run over by more than an hour, the extra time is charged afterwards, as set out in the contract.
In the studio
A host with first aid and emergency response training is always present. Please follow their instructions; this is for everyone's safety.
A strict hygiene protocol applies to all spaces and materials. This protocol can be viewed on request.
Treat the studio, the furnishings and all materials present with respect and care.
Damage
Normal signs of use are part of it. If damage is caused by careless use, reckless behaviour or using materials for purposes they are not intended for, we may charge for the damage. We always assume reasonableness and consultation.
Images and discretion
Taking photos and videos inside the studio is of course allowed: that is what the studio is for.
Do not photograph or film the outside of the building or its surroundings.
Never mention or share the address or location of the studio, including through tags or location data in your recordings.
Other guests and the hosts only appear on camera with their explicit consent.
